Using iPhone in some circumstances may distract you and might cause a dangerous situation (for example, avoid using headphones while riding a bicycle and avoid typing a text message while driving a car). Observe rules that prohibit or restrict the use of mobile devices or headphones.

The Hearing Test and Hearing Aid features are supported on AirPodsPro2 with the latest firmware paired with a compatible iPhone or iPad with iOS18 or iPadOS18 and later and are intended for people 18 years or older. The Hearing Aid feature is also supported on a compatible Mac with macOSSequoia and later. It is intended for people with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss.               11. The Hearing Protection feature works with AirPodsPro2 with the latest firmware when paired with a compatible iPhone, iPad, or Mac with iOS18, iPadOS18, or macOSSequoia and later. Feature is available only in the U.S. and Canada. See support.apple.com/120850 for total attenuation and more information. The Hearing Protection feature is not suitable for protection against extremely loud impulse sounds, such as gunfire, fireworks, or jackhammers, or against sustained sounds louder than 110 dBA.
              12. Live Captions are available on iPhone11 and later, iPad models with A12Bionic and later, and Mac computers with Applesilicon. Live Captions are available for calls and media when users have their system language set to English (Canada, U.S.). Accuracy of Live Captions may vary and should not be relied on in high-risk or emergency situations.
              13. Customization options are not available for Live Captions in FaceTime.
              14. Users can pair Made for iPhone hearing devices that support bidirectional hearing with MacBookPro (14-inch, 2021), MacBookPro (16-inch, 2021), Mac Studio (2022), and all Mac computers with an M2, M3, or M4 chip.
              15. Music Haptics is available on iPhone12 and later (excluding iPhoneSE).
              16. Live Listen requires compatible Made for iPhone hearing devices and supports iPhone4s and later, iPadPro, iPad (4th generation and later), iPadAir, and iPadmini. To use Live Listen with AirPods, AirPodsPro, AirPodsMax, or PowerbeatsPro, the iOS or iPadOS device requires iOS14.3 and later or iPadOS14.3 and later.

FaceTime reactions are available on iPhone12 and later when using the front camera and when using the built-in camera on Mac computers with Applesilicon, or any Mac when using ContinuityCamera with iPhone12 and later.               19. iPhone is required when using the RTT feature on non-cellular devices.
              20. RTT is currently supported on Verizon, T‑Mobile, and AT&T. Additional carriers may be added as available. RTT is not supported by all carriers or in all regions. When making an emergency call in the U.S., AppleWatch sends special characters or tones to alert the operator. The operator’s ability to receive or respond to these tones can vary depending on your location. Apple doesn’t guarantee that the operator will be able to receive or respond to an RTT call.
